Information & Referral
The Information and Referral desk is a volunteer run community desk to provide information about primary community services on the southern end of the Gold Coast to vulnerable persons.
The desk is open Mon - Friday 9am - 4pm, normal working days.
The desk maybe closed on public holidays, over the Christmas period, when volunteers are attending training or if circumstances prevail beyond our control.
Palm Beach Neighbourhood Centre is not a 24hr emergency service.
